Will's Pizza is a mobile pizza pop-up for private parties, weddings, venues, food festivals, and street food markets. I'm based in Stockport and travel across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, North Derbyshire, and beyond for the right event.

Dough is hand-stretched, topped, and cooked in front of guests, so the pizza is part of the event rather than just food arriving on a table.
Familiar favourites sit alongside rotating specials, with menus agreed around the event, the setting, and what your guests will enjoy.
I care a lot about pizza, and I make it the way I think it should be made: proper attention to every step, from the dough to the bake. Every pizza is hand-stretched and built around balanced flavours, where each ingredient has a reason to be there.
I run a core menu of favourites I'm proud of alongside rotating specials, so there's always something familiar and something new.
The dough is made with a blend of Caputo and Shipton Mill flours using a biga pre-ferment, and proved at room temperature for 24 hours. The result is a lighter, more open crumb with a depth of flavour that a quick dough can't match.
San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, fresh basil. When I use pepperoni, it's the good stuff. Everything on the pizza earns its place.
Each pizza is cooked on a Gozney Arc XL at 500°C. At that temperature, a pizza takes just 60 to 90 seconds. The fierce heat is what gives the base its char and leopard-spotted blister, puffs the cornicione, and keeps the toppings fresh and flavourful.
I do private events — weddings, birthdays, workplace events with suitable outdoor space, and any other occasion where great pizza would go down well. You'll also find Will's Pizza at food festivals, street food markets, and farmers markets.
